There are different inclusions depending on the type of service — sunset voyages come with premium non-alcoholic drinks and light snacks, while business charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering for corporate needs.
When should I make a reservation?
It is advisable to reserve your spot about 2–3 weeks ahead of time, more so in the popular season (May–September). For business events and personal festivities, securing a booking 4–6 weeks prior can ensure better availability and leaves room for personalized arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
The safety of our guests is paramount. Should the weather be judged unsafe by our skipper, we will propose an alternative date or offer a complete refund. We keep a vigilant eye on the weather and will reach out to you with a day's notice if the forecast suggests potential issues.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments?
Absolutely, bringing your own refreshments is permitted. Nonetheless, we provide premium catering services that can be tailored to your tastes. We do ask that you avoid glass containers for safety considerations.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive for all individuals. Certain yachts are equipped with better accessibility options than others. It's best to discuss any particular requirements at the time of your booking so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary preparations.
What are the terms for cancellation?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is applicable. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours before departure will not be refunded, unless the situation arises from weather-related concerns or mechanical failures on our end.
