3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Be no less than 18 years of age
  • Supply truthful and complete details
  • Issue a deposit as outlined in the booking confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is only assured upon our receipt of your payment and issuance of written confirmation. We reserve the liberty to decline service to any individual at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is conditional upon the accessibility of vessels and favorable weather conditions. We aim to fulfill your preferred dates and timings to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices are conveyed in £ and incorporate all applicable levies unless indicated otherwise. Prices are open to modifications with no advance intimation.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total charter cost required at the time of reservation
  • Balance: Due 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Additional fees (if any): Payable upon the charter's end

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment processing is conducted via encrypted, secure methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Entire refund minus processing fees
  • 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half the refund
  • Less than 24 hours to departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

If the captain deems weather conditions unfit for sailing, we will suggest either:

  • Scheduling the charter for the next convenient date at no extra cost
  • Issuing a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Complications

In case of mechanical breakdowns within your allocated vessel, we will endeavor to arrange an alternate option. If no such alternative is available, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all directives given by the crew
  • Don safety gear when needed
  • Disclose any medical conditions that might impact their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Restricted items

The following items are prohibited on board:

  • Glass bottles
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive quantities of sodas or lemonades (beyond reasonable personal consumption)
  • Pets (with the exception of pre-approved cases)

6.3 Behaviour

Passengers should behave respectfully. We may decide to curtail a charter without any refund if a guest's behavior poses a threat to safety or interrupts the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Accountability

We are only liable up to the amount paid for your charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries due to the negligence of passengers
  • Displacement or harm to personal items
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays caused by weather or circumstances out of our control

7.2 Insurance Policy

Comprehensive maritime insurance is in place, covering our vessels and procedures. Passengers are accountable for their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Recognition of Risks

By participating in our services, you accept that maritime excursions come with inherent risks and you are responsible for your own safety and well-being.

8. Adjustments and Itinerary Amendments

We reserve the authority to adjust itineraries, routes, or schedules based on factors such as weather conditions, safety needs, or operational prerequisites. Efforts to offer comparable alternate activities will be undertaken.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

We bear no accountability for any hold-ups, cancellations, or changes brought about by conditions beyond our direct influence, including but not restricted to:

  • Port shutdowns
